1. Who We Are

Nasty America ("we," "us," "the Site") operates nastyamericatv.com, a platform where users submit video footage of real public behavior in the United States. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit content.

3. Content Rules — Zero Tolerance

• No NSFW content. No nudity, sexual content, or pornographic material of any kind.
• No footage of minors as the subject of ridicule or exposure.
• No content depicting or promoting serious violence, gore, weapons attacks, or criminal activity beyond ordinary public misbehavior.
• No doxxing: do not include home addresses, phone numbers, license plates highlighted for harassment, or other private identifying details.
• No content recorded in places where people have a reasonable expectation of privacy (bathrooms, homes without consent, etc.). Public spaces only.
• No hate speech, threats, or content that incites harassment or violence against any person or group.
• No copyrighted footage you don't own or have permission to share.

4. Submissions & Moderation

Free accounts: all submissions are reviewed by Site admins before publication and may be rejected for any reason. Pro subscribers: submissions post immediately but remain subject to these Terms — violating content will be removed and repeat violations will result in termination of your subscription and account without refund.

5. Anonymous Posting

You may choose to post anonymously. Your username will be hidden from the public. However, Site administrators always retain access to the identity of the submitting account for moderation, safety, and legal compliance purposes. Anonymity applies to public display only.

6. Your License to Us

You retain ownership of footage you submit. By submitting, you grant Nasty America a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Site and our social channels.

7. Takedown Requests

If you appear in footage on the Site and want it removed, or believe content infringes your rights, email nastyamericatv@gmail.com with a link to the video. We review all takedown requests promptly and in good faith.

8. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions cost $2.99/month and renew until cancelled. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time and remain active through the end of the billing period. We may terminate subscriptions for Terms violations without refund.

9. Disclaimer

Content on the Site reflects the views and recordings of its submitters, not of Nasty America. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not responsible for the conduct depicted in user submissions.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the new Terms.

Nasty America is independent citizen journalism — real footage of real public behavior across the United States, submitted by everyday people with a camera and reviewed by our team before it goes live.

Karens screaming at baristas. Kevins losing it in parking lots. Tailgaters, line-cutters, road ragers, and public meltdowns. If it happened in public and it's on camera, it belongs here. We also love the funny stuff — America is a wild place and somebody's always filming.

We're not a big media company. We're not owned by one either. No corporate filter, no spin — just the footage.
